摘要
The influences of high-temperature environments on the thermal stability of lead trinitroresorcinate (LTNR) are investigated. An aging test is conducted on LTNR under the conditions ranging from 71°C to 100°C. The thermal stability evolution of LTNR under different high-temperature conditions is studied through morphological characterization and thermal decomposition kinetics analysis. The results show that the crystal defects increase significantly and the crystallinity decreases although the molecular structure of LTNR remains stable in high-temperature environments. The thermal stability of LTNR decreases markedly, and its activation energy Ea drops from 158.41 kJ/mol to 25.41 kJ/mol. After high-temperature exposure, the friction sensitivity of LTNR turns sensitive, with the sensitivity value dropping from 16 N to 6 N. Overall, the crystal structure of LTNR is damaged in high-temperature environments, resulting in the decrease in its thermal stability.
