N2 - As an emerging technology, terahertz (THz) communication offers a promising alternative for efficient data transfer within system-on-chip (SoC) architectures. However, achieving reliable line-of-sight (LOS) wireless transmission in complex and confined environments remains a significant challenge. This study investigates a THz transmission approach leveraging dielectric waveguides, focusing on the propagation characteristics and transmission performance of THz channels within SoC environments. Our experimental results demonstrate that this approach effectively improves the integrity of THz signals within SoC environments, ensuring stable transmission even under non-LOS conditions.
