摘要

The elaborate design of 2D materials through tailoring can significantly improve the electrochemical performance of the electrode materials and drive the development of lithium-ion nano-micro devices. Herein, we introduce the crystal and electronic structures of graphene, MXenes and TMDs, highlight the adsorption behavior of lithium ions in these 2D materials, and comprehensively review the recent advancements in the electrochemical performance towards 2D materials. Furthermore, the relationship of crystal microstructure and electronic structure-lithium-ion adsorption behavior-electrochemical performance of 2D materials is emphasized and special attention is given to the lithium-ion nano-micro devices based on 2D materials. Finally, the opportunities and challenges of the research frontiers for this field are highlighted.
