摘要
Hyaluronic acid has a good property of biological consistence and being utilized in pharmaceulical practice. To find its new properties for pharmaceulical practice, a structural modification of hyaluronic acid was made into gold hyaluronate. The gold hyaluronate was synthesized by the coordination reaction of gold chloride and sodium hyaluronate. Its structure was characterized by EA, EDS, FTIR spectra and 1HNMR. Its biological activity on lung cancer cell A549 and hepatoma cell BEL7402 was studied by MTT method. It is found that, under high dose case, that the growth of BEL7402 is obviously restricted and that of A549 is marginally restricted.
