title = "Study on the rheological properties of AP-based composite modified double-base propellant substitute during molding and plasticizing process",
abstract = "The rheological properties of solid propellants are of great significance to their manufacturing process. To study the rheological properties of AP-based composite modified double-base propellants during the molding and plasticizing process, the formulation design of a substitute material for AP-based composite modified double-base propellants was completed using plasticization quality as the criterion. The rheological properties of materials with different solvent ratios and molding times were investigated using a rotational rheometer and other instruments. The results indicate that an increase in acetone content in the solvent would promote the polymerization of the material. The substitute material exhibits characteristics typical of a pseudoplastic fluid, with its viscosity decreasing as the shear rate and mixing time increase. Model fitting further reveals that once the shear rate increases or decreases beyond a certain threshold, the degree of molecular arrangement order in the material no longer undergoes significant changes.",
