摘要
Influence of various conditions on the removal efficiency was investigated; especially the method to improve removal efficiency was studied. The results showed that when the concentration of sulfur was 4 g/L, the initial pH was 2.0, the culture temperature 27°C, the batteries dose 1%, and the released concentration of Co after 12 d bioleaching was 306 mg/L. Decrease in initial pH and change in S sources greatly improved the bioleaching of Co, the released concentration of Co was 1682 mg/L and the removal efficiency over 90% after 12 d.
