摘要

Polysaccharides from the broken-wall spores of Ganoderma lucidum serve as a vital building block for biomaterials. Refining their extraction methodology holds substantial value for advancing material development. In this experiment, the phenol-sulfuric acid method enabled quantitative analysis of the polysaccharides, with a well-established linear relationship for the content standard curve—critical for consistent material formulation. Response surface analysis optimized heat-induced extraction conditions for these biomaterial precursors, identifying the optimal parameters: material-liquid ratio 1:10, extraction time 80 min, and temperature 75 °C. Under these settings, the polysaccharide yield reached 1.511 mg/g, 0.9 times higher than unoptimized conditions—ensuring sufficient quantities of structurally intact polysaccharides to support subsequent biomaterial fabrication with desired properties like biocompatibility and bioactivity.
