Study on formulation and property of sulfur-free black powder

摘要

To reduce production of nocuous materials, the composition and thermodynamical parameters of different sulfur-free black powder are calculated according to least free-energy principle. The formulation, ratio of gas products, force of powder (fp) and explosive temperature (T p) are optimized with reaction kinetics theory, low corrosion and environmental-friendly sulfur-free black powder is designed and its thermodynamic properties are improved. The sensitivity, physical, chemical and output properties of the optimized system are also studied and compared with normal black powder. The results show that optimized sulfur-free black powder has better sensitivity and combustion property.
