Study on database of decision-making system of dam strong earthquake monitoring and safety early warning for dam

In this paper, the construction of database systems for remote analysis and information management of dam earthquake monitoring was discoursed and studied, which includes monitoring systems database management, division of database in dam earthquake monitoring system and the relationship between the databases. The working principle of system software and hardware's controlling the background database was generally introduced. In this paper, the construction of relative database was implemented and the dam earthquake analysis program was developed based on modem computer technology, MapGis, C+ + Builder. Some of the research results were introduced and described.
