摘要

In recent years, virtual human has been widely applied in areas such as medicine, psychology and etc. However, its pacifying effect upon anxiety has not been empirically researched. For that reason, a human system including stereo display, face, motion and voice interaction was built as well as presenting a deep study of virtual human interaction on the soothing effects of anxiety. A stereoscopic virtual human system with high visual fidelity was built using the principle of 3d display. Chinese voice interaction as well as movement and expression driven function was achieved by improving Virtual Human Toolkit development package. With interactive voice guide as the anxiety pacifying method, the pacifying effect was assessed both subjectively and objectively by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and ECG data parameters. The experiment results suggest that communicating and psychologically counseling via visual human system with high visual fidelity can relieve users' anxiety significantly.
