N2 - This letter introduces an indoor human motion indication method that incorporates radar cross section (RCS) response within a staggered frame structure. Its two-stage (intraframe and interframe) processing achieves robust clutter suppression and enhanced indication of both uniform and nonstationary human motion. Intraframe processing utilizes a two-pulse delay line canceller and coherent integration to preliminary suppress clutter and enhance target RCS features. In the subsequent interframe stage, similarity metrics quantify RCS fluctuations in the range domain, which are then used to compute an adaptive waveform similarity filter for robust target indication. This approach directly addresses the shortcomings of conventional methods when dealing with nonstationary human motion. Experimental validation in typical indoor settings confirms significant improvements in clutter suppression and enhanced motion indication.
