摘要
A study was conducted to develop a simple air-bubble template approach to large scale production of strong and ultraelastic solidified grapheme foams (SGFs) without involving the organic droplets. The SGF showed compressive stress of 5.4 MPa at a very high strain of 99% and remained stable in 1000 compress/release cycles, surpassing most of the solution-processed grapheme foam materials. Sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) was used as the bubbling agent to create homogeneous air bubbles inside the grapheme oxide (GO) solution and NP-40 worked as the solidifying agent, where a following solidification process and high temperature annealing produced the SGF with high reversible stress tolerance and ultraelastic compressibility.
