摘要
Aimed at a wet clutch in power shift transmission as the research object, the effects of thermal loads on the contact surfaces of dual steel disk and frictional plate were simulated. Considering the boundary condition of frictional contact and thermo-elastic feature factor in the friction disk, a 3D FEM model of clutch pack was set up by using software ABAQUS 6.7. Simulation was implemented to explore the distribution laws of temperature field and stress field on the contact areas between steel disk and friction plate. Results show that the increase of temperature of steel disk in the margin area is bigger than that in the inner area. The stress on the steel disk increases with the increase of radius value. The stress on different contact areas changes differently with sliding time. The stress value of nodes on inner circle increases first and decreases later, while the stress of nodes on outer circle is increase with the time.
