摘要

This manuscript illustrates some key problems about Geosynchronous circular SAR system. Geo-CSAR possesses the potential ability of 3D surface resolving power through variant angle of view. Due to especial requirement of the satellite trajectory, the Geo-CSAR satellite’s six orbital key parameters could be calculated and designed detailedly. Furthermore, this paper illuminates a 3-D imaging signal model of Geo-CSAR during its long integration time according to the satellite’s curve trajectory. Lastly, a designing approach of its key system parameters is proposed in this manuscript. A simulation experiment is performed to verify the efficiency and superiority of this approach, and the results represent that it has a good effect on an L-band mode Geo-CSAR tomography system with elevation resolution higher than 5 m.
