Signal Detection in Cell-Free Massive MIMO Systems

摘要

This paper presents a distributed signal detection scheme for cell-free massive MIMO systems, leveraging multi-shot weighted combining to optimize local detection at APs and central fusion at the CPU. We compare this approach with traditional network MIMO and single-iteration schemes, demonstrating improved detection accuracy through iterative interactions between APs and the CPU. The proposed method employs regularization to refine signal estimation, capitalizing on aggregated signals from previous iterations. Our numerical results show rapid convergence and superior performance over one-shot combining schemes, highlighting the effectiveness of our strategy in enhancing transmission signal estimation for future wireless communication networks.
