摘要

Self-healing is an important feature of smart distribution systems. It enables the distribution system to have the abilities of self-perception, self-diagnosis, self-decision making and self-recovery, to operate the system reliable, secure and economical. Based on the traditional distribution automation technologies, communication systems, and advanced measurement technologies, self-healing control of the distribution system has been greatly improved in the aspects of observability, controllability, intelligence and rapid response. Control issues of the distribution system with integration of a large number of distributed energy resources and energy storage devices can also be solved with self-healing control. The concept and features of self-healing control technology are presented in this paper, and the control strategies are elaborated from pre-fault, under-fault and post-fault perspectives. Finally, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program)-"Research and Development of Self-Healing Control Technology in Smart Distribution System" is introduced in detail.
