摘要
How to implement each member of a communication group having the same group key is the basis of secure group communication. Group key distribution protocol is the main method to make each member has same group key. Considering the different probability of member leaving group, this paper proposes a group key distribution protocol based on Huffman one-way key chain tree (HOKCT). Firstly, proposes the definition of one-way key chain and the method to initiate a HOKCT. Secondly, respectively proposes the particular process of the group key distribution when member joins or leaves the group. Finally, analyzes the performance of group key distribution protocol based on HOKCT through comparing to OKCT. HOKCT possesses the better performance in both computation and communication factors.
