SAR image processing and evaluation system based on Photoshop plug-ins

A system of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image processing and evaluation based on Photoshop plug-in architecture is proposed. In this system, the major SAR image processing and evaluation functions are integrated into Photoshop as plug-ins. The key development techniques of image evaluation filter, as an example of plug-ins, are described in details. This reduces the complexity and load of memory management programming and user interface design, and improves the robustness and usability of the system by making the full use of Photoshop.
