Retraction Notice: Sora for Scenarios Engineering of Intelligent Vehicles: Vx0026;V, Cx0026;C, and Beyonds (IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles DOI: 10.1109/TIV.2024.3379989)

After careful and considered review of the peer review process for this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this article has been found to be in violation of IEEEs Publication Principles. The article did not meet IEEE requirements for independent peer review prior to acceptance. Therefore, IEEE has retracted the content of this article from Xplore. The authors disagreed with this retraction.
