Research on Tool Path Post-processing Technology for Multi-axis Motion Pose Coordination

摘要

Applications such as machining deformation compensation and benchmark adjustment based on simulation analysis and precision measurement technology are widely used in the field of manufacturing and processing, but the existing technology relies too much on post-processing of complex CAM software such as UG to adjust the machining trajectory to generate new CNC machining programs. It takes a lot of time and manpower to be responsible for uploading and releasing files, and there is no special post-processor to cooperate with it. Aiming at this problem, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the post-processing technology of the tool path for multi-axis motion pose coordination, and uses the Python language to develop a corresponding autonomous controllable and independent post-processing module. Take the tool path file (CLSF) as the input file, convert its data, and output the CNC program of the machine tool. The feasibility of the developed post-processing module is proved by VERICUT simulation verification, and its integration into the machining compensation application can greatly improve the machining compensation efficiency.
