摘要

The participation of new energy in the electricity spot market is an effective way to promote its consumption, reasonable participation mode of new energy can ensure the stability of income.Based on the centralized electricity spot market model,the clearing model for new energy participation is optimized,and the principle of the participation month of new energy is proposed based on the results of peak shaving balance.To solve the problem of curve mismatch in medium-and long-term transactions between new energy and electric power customer ,government authorized contract is proposed,in which the photovoltaic power station takes the daily power prediction curve as the contract curve,and the wind power plant takes 80% 90% of actual output as the contract curve.Analyzing the impact of the "Dual Settlement"Model Based on Day Ahead and Real Time Prices on wind power plant,suggestion for adopting "single settlement"model for wind power plant is proposed.Through the calculation of peak shaving balance and analysis of several new energy power stations in Hubei Province,the effectiveness of the mechanism design for new energy participation in the electricity market is verified.
