摘要

Urbans explosion disaster warning information release is an important part of emergency rescue and disposal operations. The author tries to make knowledge of human knowledge and skills to two types of tacit knowledge to the greatest extent of excavated into useful patterns or explicit knowledgethrough the knowledge model, These mining patterns or knowledge must be useful, has potential value, and can be understood. Establish and improve the town explosion disaster warning information release technology in order to better serve the community, and to protect the healthy development of society.
