摘要
On the problem of traditional simulation modeling approach which could not adapt the characteristic of rapid change for reconfigurable manufacturing cell, a new approach based on modular control model and data-driven simulation was proposed. The technology of hierarchy modeling was used to decompose the difficult manage and control of production system to workshop level, cell level and equipment level. In each level, considering modeling and simulation logic respectively, adopting the object-oriented methods, the rapid simulation modeling was accomplished based on modular control logic. On the base of data which is needed for each stage of simulation modeling to be analyzed and classified, system integrate and interactive approach were used to get the simulation data rapidly, and the data which was used to drive the simulation model and construct the simulation model of reconfigurable production system. The practicability and universality of the approach are proved by its application in a machine shop in a research institution.
