摘要

Proper partner selection is the key factor in successful logistic outsourcing. On the basis of reviewing the literatures in partner selection at home and abroad, a multi-stage partner selection model combined with quantification and qualification was put forward based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) and 0-1 target program. Based on the above-mentioned research result, the partner selection step and process were analyzed in depth.
