Research on Dual Resource Flexible Job-Shop Scheduling for Textile Enterprises

摘要

Facing the production status of textile enterprises, this paper establishes a flexible job shop scheduling model that comprehensively considers the dual resource constraints of equipment and personnel, to minimize the maximum completion time and balance equipment load. This paper designs an NSGA-II algorithm with an improved non-dominated sorting congestion degree calculation method to solve it. The enterprise case proves that the scheduling scheme obtained by considering the dual resource constraints is more in line with the actual production requirements of the enterprise. The improved NSGA-II algorithm can effectively solve the production scheduling problem of textile enterprises, reduce the maximum completion time, reduce the load of suppliers, and have good comprehensive scheduling performance.
