摘要
Pyrotechnic devices are widely used in the aerospace field and have characteristics of high value and high reliability requirements (the majority of the requirements is 0.9999 above). The safety of the staff and the accomplishment of the task are related to the reliability of pyrotechnic devices. Before the pyrotechnic devices are used in the aerospace field, they must be assessed by tests for the reliability. Therefore, research on reliability assessment of the pyrotechnic devices is practically meaningful. The reliability test evaluation principle and verification concept of redundant design pyrotechnic devices used in aerospace is put forward by combining the stress-strength reliability theory and using the strengthened cogitative test for the redundant design pyrotechnic devices used in aerospace. Based on the theory and design methods mentioned above, the testing methods are used to assess and check the functional reliability of the redundant designed pyrotechnic devices such as some pin pullers for the first time. Meanwhile two different hardened testing methods are used to mutually prove correctness and reasonableness of reliability assessment principle and design methods. And also the engineering problem of assessing the redundant design pyrotechnic devices for aerospace by small samples is solved.
