摘要

In this work, we proposed a method to obtain the self-assembled nanostructured VO₂ film. The formation of the nanostructured VO₂ film is derived from controlling the precursor component and thermal annealing. The unique nanostructure of VO₂ film can effectively enhance the optical properties. The obtained nanostructured VO₂ film exhibits excellent comprehensive thermochromic performance with solar modulation value of ∼14.0% and visible transmittance value of ∼56.0%, making it promising for smart window applications.
