摘要

Preparation of chitosan based macroporous superabsorbent polymer through cryogenic induced phase separation method was studied. The macroporous superabsorbent polymer was prepared by carboxymethyl chitosan based superabsorbent via the process of swelling, pre-freezing and freeze drying. The swelling rate was promoted greatly for the polymer modified through this method.The effects of reacting conditions, such as polymer gelatin concentration, pre-freeze temperature, swelling time and gelatin concentration add in the gel solution, on the pore structure and swelling rate of the superabsorbent polymer were also investigated.
