摘要

Nano-nickel coated silicon nitride composite powders are prepared by simple electroless plating. The uniform nickel coatings are obtained by adjusting the different PH values and stirrer modes. The phase composition and morphology of composite powders are characterized by X-ray diffusion (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Magnetic properties measurement proved that coated composite powders have fine ferromagnetism and magnetic anisotropy.
