abstract = "Hydrogen production via aluminum-water reaction is a promising on-site hydrogen generation technology, which can effectively address the challenges associated with hydrogen storage and transportation. In this study, Al-5Ga-2.5In-2.5Sn aluminum alloy was prepared using the molten alloying method and subsequently pulverized into powder to enhance its reactivity. The microstructure and phase composition of the alloy were systematically characterized by techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Xray tomography, revealing the critical role of the low-meltingpoint Ga-In-Sn (GIS) phase in disrupting the aluminum surface oxide layer and promoting the hydrolysis reaction. Experimental results indicate that this aluminum alloy can react spontaneously with tap water at room temperature, achieving a maximum hydrogen production rate of 2.22 L.min-1.g-1 and a conversion efficiency of 72.22\%. Furthermore, a fuel cell power generation device integrating a fuel tank, water tank, and control system was designed, enabling stable hydrogen production and direct utilization. This validates the feasibility and application potential of aluminum-water reaction for hydrogen production within fuel cell systems.",
