摘要

Lanthanum modified lead zirconate titanate have been prepared using sol-gel route. Inorganic salts metal alkoxides lead acetate (Pb(C₂H₃O₂)₂)·3H₂O, tetrabutyl titanate (Ti(OC₄H₉)₄), lanthanum nitrate (La(NO₃)₃·10H₂O), and zirconium oxide nitrate (ZrO(NO₃)₂) were used as starting materials. Acetylacetone was used as chelating agent and formamide was used as drying control chemical additive (DCCA). Crack-free films were obtained. X-ray diffraction measurements indicated that the crystal constant of PLZT samples changes with sintering temperatures. The additive of formamide can control the hydrolysis rate and improve the surface morphology.
