摘要

Two carbon materials with high surface areas were selected as supports, and carbon-supported platinum catalysts were synthesized by impregnating process. After characterization it is found that the pore diameter distribution of 20% Pt/acetylene black is just concentrated in the range of 2.5-5 nm, while that of 20% Pt/pearly black is mainly concentrated in the range of 20-60 nm, except for a small amount of the pores distributed in the range of 2.5-5 nm. 20% Pt/pearly black and 20% Pt/acetylene black can achieve average hydrogen generation rates of 1.9 L/min and 2.3 L/min, respectively, which can give hydrogen supply for a 308 W proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) and a 373 W PEMFC at 100% hydrogen utilization.
