摘要
This paper analyzes how different uncertain sources influence the the line-of-sight (LOS) rate estimation performance. We first formulate the nonlinear relative kinematics between the missile and a maneuver fighter aircraft. We next analyze the sensitivity of LOS rate estimation with respect to the target position and velocity estimation errors. Then, considering various uncertainties of the measurement, e.g., measurement delay, remaining interception time and measurement noise, we numerically analyze the LOS rate estimation performance using Monte-Carlo simulations. These findings are helpful in filter parameter tuning to further improve LOS rate estimation accuracy.
