Path-dependent deformation behaviors of Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95 alloy subjected to magnetomechanical loading

摘要

Path-dependent deformation behaviors has been studied in detail for <110> oriented polycrystalline alloy Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95 under two types of magnetomechanical loadings: i) axial compressive stress σ{double pipe} and axial magnetic field H{double pipe} and ii) axial compressive stress σ{double pipe} and transversal magnetic field H. In each magnetomechanical space, different loading and unloading sequences of stress and magnetic field are employed. The path-dependent results are obtained and compared to show different influences of the stress and the magnetic field on the domain distribution, which is also explained well by the domain switch process. Such investigation is beneficial to understanding the domain switch process and can serve to develop constitutive models under magnetomechanical loading.
