摘要
Optimal profile modification of spur gear systems basd on their dynamic model can provide a true reflection for influences of profile modification parameters on their dynamic characterisitcs. Considering geometrey eccentricity, gyroscopic effect and load distribution factor along tooth width, a 10-DOF lateral-torsional-rocking coupled nonlinear dynamic model of a spur gear system was established. The mesh stiffness model considering influences of profile modification and dynamic states of gear pairs was proposed. The analytical method was used to calculate the mesh stiffness. In order to reduce vibration and noise of gear transmission, the reduction of dynamic load factor was taken as an objective, the profile modification optimal model based on the dynamic model mentioned above was proposed. The optimal profile modification for the gear tranmission system of a certain heavy-duty vehicle was performed. The results showed that the dynamic load of the gear transmission system is effectively reduced after optimization. The results provided a reference for the design of gear transmission systems with low vibration and low noise.
