Multiscale Rotating Vortex Patches for 2D Euler Flows in a Disk

摘要

In this paper, we study the desingularization of multiscale rotating vortex patches with fixed angular velocity to the 2D Euler equations in a disk. We prove the existence of two-parameter multiscale V-states concentrating near two points. These two points are determined by the Robin function to the Green’s function, the Green’s function and angular velocity, and not symmetric about the origin, which is new to the former results. The existence of multiscale V-states with N-folds for N≥ 2 is also proved.
