摘要

In order to improve the precision of identification of moving boundaries, Youngs' interface reconstruction algorithm is extended to the three dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. By incorporating this algorithm with the MMIC-3D hydrocode for the simulation of explosion and impact, the propagation of shock waves in a building with protective walls and in a decompression device is studied numerically. The effect of the position and shape of the protective walls on the shock wave pressure is analyzed. Our results could be used to prevent explosion disasters.
