摘要
In the ferroelectric-film/magnetic-ceramic magnetoelectric composites, the conductivity of the magnetic ceramics is an important factor in the charge collection of the electric-related properties and the resultant characterization of the magnetoelectric effect. This paper was to investigate the improvement of charge collection when the metallic-oxide LaNiO3 interface layer was introduced via the chemical solution deposition into the Pb(Zr, Ti)O3-film/CoFe2O4-ceramic composites. The optimum magnetoelectric coefficient is 58 mV/(cm·Oe). The ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties can be enhanced due to the introduction of LaNiO3 interface layer. The further modulation of the magnetoelectric coupling effect is expected by the optimization of the LaNiO3 interface layer.
