摘要

Magnetic domains with topological structures, such as magnetic vortices, magnetic bubbles and skyrmions, hold great significance and potential for the development of next-generation memory devices. Recently, these spin textures have been observed in a range of rare-earth-based magnets with Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY) interactions, which has triggered a new wave of research. Among them, LaMn2Ge2 with high Curie temperature and strong magnetic anisotropy provides an ideal platform for studying these magnetic structures. In this paper, we investigated the magnetic domains of LaMn2Ge2 single crystals using imaging techniques. Various magnetic domains patterns, such as stripes, labyrinthine structures, and skyrmionic bubbles, were probed in the presence of different magnetic fields and temperatures. More interestingly, ordered bubble-like magnetic domains with finer structures have been created by field-cooling operations. This study provides a detailed investigation of the diverse intrinsic magnetic domains in LaMn2Ge2, establishing a platform for exploring the relationship between magnetic properties and microscopic structures.
