摘要
To investigate the effects of JP-10 blending on soot formation in aviation kerosene laminar diffusion flames, experimental studies were conducted based on Laser-Induced Incandescence (LII) and Planar Laser-Induced Fluorescence (PLIF) to analyze the spatial distributions of LII-soot signals and PLIF-PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) signals in JP-10 blended aviation kerosene flames. The experimental results show that with the JP-10 blending ratio increases, both the spatial extent and signal intensity of LII-soot and PLIF-PAHs enhance significantly, indicating that JP-10 blending can promote the formation of soot and PAHs. Furthermore, a kinetic mechanism suitable for studying PAHs formation in JP-10/aviation kerosene mixtures was developed. And then, a chemical kinetic simulation was carried out based on this mechanism. The simulation results indicate that JP-10 blending can enhance the primary formation pathways of benzene (A1), promoting the generation of fulvene (C5H4CH2) and toluene (C6H5CH3), thereby facilitating A1 production. This process subsequently accelerates the formation of PAHs and soot.
