Iterative Fourier Algorithm and Application Based on Comprehensive Testing Method

摘要

An iterative fast Fourier transform (IFFT) algorithm based on Comprehensive test method (CTM) is proposed and applied to the low sidelobe optimization of the end-fire array antenna pattern. First, for the mutual coupling problem in the end-fire array, a comprehensive test method is used to obtain the coupling compensation matrix, and the coupling compensation matrix is incorporated into the IFFT algorithm, so that the algorithm considering the mutual coupling effect meets the principle of far-field pattern multiplication again. Secondly, design an end-fire antenna unit structure, based on this unit to form a 64-element end-fire phased array, simulation and comparison of genetic algorithm and CTM-IFFT algorithm to optimize the effect of low side lobes of the pattern. The simulation results show that in the scanning range of 0° to 90°, the array pattern can achieve low sidelobe effect after optimization by CTM-IFFT algorithm, and it takes less time than the genetic optimization algorithm.
