摘要
This article proposed a high step-up isolated DC-DC converter for micro electric propulsion application. The converter is based on the active clamp forward-flyback circuit and the Dickson voltage multiplier (VM) circuit. The VM capacitor voltage balancing and high step-up ratio are achieved through interleaved active clamp forward-flyback circuit, and the two transformers are primary-parallel secondary-series connected. The proposed converter structure also reduces voltage stress of power switches, and the volume of transformer. With the active clamp circuit, not only voltage spikes of leakage inductance are suppressed but also zero voltage switching (ZVS) for switches are obtained. Meanwhile, the switching losses can be reduced and efficiency of the converter is improved. In this article, the operation principle and steady-state analysis of the proposed converter are illustrated. A 100 W/25 kHz hardware prototype is demonstrated to convert input voltage 12-30 V to output voltage 2000-3500 V with peak efficiency 95.3%.
