摘要

Interfacial interaction between hyperbranched macromolecular bonding agents (HPMs) and solid filler RDX were studied via the contact angle method. The influence of the bonding agents on mechanical property of HTPB/RDX propellant was also investigated, compared with commonly-used micromolecular bonding agents of T-313 and HX-752. The results suggested that HPMs had better adhesion and wettability with RDX than T-313 or HX-752. Furthermore, the interface formed between HPMs and RDX were more stable in the binder HTPB. HPMs significantly improved both the tensile strength and the elongation of HTPB/RDX propellant in comparison with T-313 and HX-752, and HTPB/RDX propellant with addition of HPM2 exhibited best mechanical property, which were consistent with the results of the interfacial property measurement.
