Interaction between Underwater Explosion Bubble and Double-layer Structure with Hole

摘要

To study the interaction between the underwater explosion bubble and the ship's double-layer structure destroyed by the shock wave, the double-layer plate model with a circular hole was designed. The bubble pulsation and wall pressure caused by the bubble were obtained through experiments and numerical simulation. The results show that when the water level between the two layers is empty or full, the bubble forms jets toward the structure. The increase of the double-layer plate distance or standoff distance weakens the bubble load, while the increase of the hole diameter enhances the bubble load.
