Initial Surface Residual Stress Field of Aluminum Alloy Prediction Method Based on Surface-Measured Stresses

摘要

In this paper, the initial surface residual stress field prediction method of aluminum alloy based on surface finite measured stress values is proposed. In this process, based on elastic–plastic mechanics, the stress on the microelement in aluminum alloy blank is analyzed, and the relationship between the stress on the microelement and the initial surface residual stress is obtained. Then, the initial surface residual stress field predicted model is established, and the relationship between the order of the initial surface residual stress prediction model and fep function value is determined. Subsequently, uncertain parameters of the proposed model are identified by surface finite measured values, in addition, the model parameters are optimized by regularization method and the initial surface residual stress field is obtained. Finally, several experiments are carried out to validate the proposed initial surface residual stress field prediction method. Experimental results show that the predicted values agree well with the measured values, and the average prediction accuracy is 92.96%, so the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
