摘要
Effect of temperature and time of solution treatment, aging mode, and degree of deformation on the properties of 7A05 Aluminum alloy were tested systemically. According to the results obtained, the microstructure and mechanical properties of double-stage aging state, deformation state, retrogression and re-aging (RRA) state and a new optimal process (preaging, deformation plus aging) state were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the optimal solution treatment temperature is 480°C, and the optimal single stage is aged at 120°C for 24 hours, and the first stage in double aging is at 90°C for 8 hours, the deformation degree 25%. Because of the more equiaxial and polygonal sub-structure forming, the test results showed that the alloy at new optimal state has higher strength and excellent general mechanical properties, and at the same time apparently eliminating the tendency of anisotropy on the vertical and horizontal direction mechanical properties.
