摘要
To explore the influence of axial supplement on hydroforming three-diameter shaft, in this paper FEM was adopted in simulating the procedure. The thickness distribution and strain distribution from 80% to 120% of theoretical valuation was discussed and the reason of the difference of the simulation result was analyzed. Base on discussion, corresponding experimental result was also presented. The analysis shows that for the three-diameter shaft of this paper, the axial supplement lower than 90% theoretical valuation and over the 110% theoretical valuation is dangerous region of parameter selection, apt to generate destabilization, 100% theoretical valuation is the best axial supplement parameter.
