摘要

Highly-concentration CO2 in the workshop will anaesthetize the workers' respiration nerve system and influences directly the health of the worker and their working states. Aiming at the facts that CO2 concentration in a typical closed workshop in the winter is relatively high and was often ignored by investigators, a microalgae strain named ZY-1 was isolated, the unit for microalgae culturing was constructed, and a series of experiments of CO2 elimination and O2 regeneration in a typical closed workshop were carried out. The ZY-1 strain showed good growth rates and high CO2 elimination efficiencies in a broad range of physically controllable conditions, including CO2 concentration from 0.1% (V/V) to atmospheric levels, CO2 enriched-air flow rate, temperature and pH value. The results indicated the feasibility of microalgae culturing system of CO2 elimination and O2 regeneration in a typical closed workshop.
