摘要

All-optical demultiplexing from 4 × 2.5 Gb/s OTDM data stream is demonstrated using an all-optical switching based on ultrafast nonlinear interferometer (UNI) of semiconductor optical amplifier. Bit-error-rate (BER) performance of the de-multiplexed channel is measured. A BER of 10^-11 is achieved and the power penalty is only 1.1dB at BER of 10^-9.
