摘要
The effect of weight-average molecular weight, solution concentration and electrostatic field strength on the formation and diameter of the fibers were investigated in the process of electrospinning of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate(HPMCAS) solutions, the average diameter of as-spun fibers ranged between 0.43μm and 1.0μm. The results show that for fixed solvent, concentration and electrostatic field strength, the HPMCAS molecular weight that supports normal cylindrical fiber generation is 72000. For fixed solvent and electrostatic field strength, the concentration range suitable for electrospinning is from 8% to 15%,the average fiber diameter increases with increasing concentration. For fixed solvent and concentration, average fiber diameter decreases with increasing electrostatic field strength, in contrast the crystallinity of the fiber increases with increasing electrostatic field voltage.
